Elnar graduated from the Law Faculty of the Moscow Academy of Economics and Law. 

He started his practical activity in 2005 and has been specializing in the field of arbitration and private law. Since 2010, he was the Executive Secretary of the Arbitration Court at the RSPP, participating in the administration of disputes. 

As a reporter, he participated in more than 200 arbitration cases. 

Elnar is an associate member of the Royal Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).
