The General Meeting of Arbitrators placed on the recommended list operates within the scope of the Arbitration Centre.

The powers of the General Meeting of Arbitrators include the election of the Chairman of the Arbitration Centre and his deputies, members of the Nomination Committee and review of basic matters in the operation of the Arbitration Centre.

The General Meeting of Arbitrators shall be held in person or in absentia as and when necessary, per decision of the Presidium or the RSPP, as well as at the initiative of at least one third of the individuals placed on the recommended list.
