Representative offices shall be set up to promote interests of the Arbitration Centre within and outside of the Russian Federation.

Representative offices shall not administer arbitration. To inform parties to arbitration and all those concerned in their own language about the Arbitration Centre's work and proceedings under its rules, as well as about the specific nature of Russian legislation on arbitration and the courts' law enforcement practice on arbitration issues, is the primary purpose to establish such offices.
