The event is organized by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan represented by the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and the non-profit National Association of Investment and Development Agencies.

Congress gathered 140 participants from 60 regions of Russia.

Director for International Cooperation and Regional Development of the Arbitration Centre at the RSPP Denis Mikshis spoke about the practice of arbitration between investors and regions, explained the advantages of investment and commercial arbitration. The report was devoted to the activities of the Arbitration Centre at the RSPP and the role of arbitration as an element of a friendly infrastructure for investors.

The participants in the discussion agreed that the confidentiality and speed of arbitration, as well as the specialization of arbitrators, is an indisputable advantage of arbitration.
