The composition of the Panel has been approved by the Order of the President of the RSPP. The Panel consists of more than 100 prominent experts from Russia and 23 other countries, namely: Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, the Czech Republic, Egypt, England, Estonia, France, Germany, Georgia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland, Ukraine, USA and Uzbekistan.

Alexander Grebelsky, Ph.D., Senior Professor of the Department of Private International and Civil Law at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Managing Partner at «Grebelsky and Partners» Law Firm (‘Advocate Bureau’), has been  appointed as a Chairman of the Panel.

Arbitrators of the Panel will resolve disputes arising in the course of foreign trade and other forms of international economic relations, disputes relating to foreign investments in the territory of the Russian Federation or Russian investments abroad, as well as other disputes involving foreigners or foreign legal entities.

305 lawsuits were filed at the Arbitration Centre at the RSPP in 2019, 14 of them concerned disputes involving foreign organizations. We intend to expand our international practice inter alia by administration of disputes involving parties from the Member States of BRICS, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

Panel of Arbitrators for International and Investment Disputes is the sixth specialized panel of the Arbitration Centre at the RSPP, in addition to Financial, Corporate Disputes, Construction Disputes, Banking Disputes Panels, as well as Digital Economy Disputes Panel.
