Valentin graduated from the Law Faculty of the Moscow University for the Humanities. 

He started his practical activity 2008 and has been specializing in the field of arbitration and private law. Since 2012 he was the Executive Secretary of the Arbitration Court at the RSPP, participating in the administration of disputes. 

As a reporter, he participated in more than 200 arbitration cases. 

Valentin is an associate member of the Royal Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).
